There is the ability to currently export a directory to an Excel file. However, if the privacy setting allows to publish to one role but not to others, that information will still show up. If even one role is unmarked to publish, that info should not appear.
It would be a great feature for my parents to have an export to excel feature because then they could import those addresses into their personal (outlook.com, gmail) client.
Please add this as an option with the ability to establish privacy parameters for the report.

It would be helpful if the information that was opted out of in the online directory would not be included in the exported Excel file.

This is a basic function of so many Database systems. I think it is a little ridiculous that we should have to vote to have it included.
