Ability to have an optional payment on the School Form

I would like to be able to build a school form that has an optional payment section. I would like to create a school form that asks users if they would like to sign up for something. If they choose Yes, they should go to the payment screen, but if they choose No, they should go straight to the confirmation page.

    This would be very helpful. We are trying to use a workaround for summer camps. We could use custom forms to collect the information we need and if they had the option to pay it would be great.
