Definitely need to be able to print student photos with names and grades (at least, if not being able to select which fields for ourselves), as well as Faculty/Staff.

Having the capability to print the staff directory with photos would be helpful for new staff who are not familiar with previous staff. Hope you can implement this feature soon. Thank you.

As much as I want people to use the online directories, for some, a printed one is preferred. If we can allow people to choose to print it themselves, we can save paper by not just printing a book for everyone.

Our Head of School has been asking for this for years, so that she can keep it with her as a handy reference.  As of now, we have to wait until after school pictures are taken, then when we get the CD of photos from the photographer our IT department turns it into a printed directory for the Head.  It seems to me that this is something we should be able to easily export from the website.

This hasn't seen much activity but I did come across this in the Blackbaud KB.  It is a decent workaround for getting the photo directory.  The caveat is that you need to know a little HTML to make it work for the first time.  After that, it is just copy-paste into the spreadsheet template to run it again.

It seems like if you can make it work in a spreadsheet, then there really isn't a reason that it could not be a pre-built report in Blackbaud without all this extra work.

I'd like to share this recently added knowledge base article, which details how to export photos and information via an advanced list, and includes a sample Excel file. This concept could be expanded on to use a combination of an Advanced List, Excel, and HTML to create a photo directory. It is by no means a simple report, but it is an option.

Voting!  We'd like to print student photos to apply to passports we've created that our lower school students use when they visit each country at our Model United Nations Fair.  Hoping this feature gets implemented soon!

Just wanted to bring this back to attention. Having this option to turn on printable photos would be key in making the transition for parents and faculty from a printed directory to an online only directory.
