School Forms EAP: confirmation email

In the custom forms, within the settings for a form, there is an option to set who the confirmation email is received by. The choices are "applicant email," "parent(s) of user" and "both." Currently, if anything other than applicant email is selected, and the settings are saved, the new choice is not saved and the default of "applicant email" returns. I want to request that on a form if the settings are saved the confirmation choice does not automatically default back to applicant email.
