Notification settings enhancment Merged

I would like to be able to bulk turn off notifications for past parents. We have a past parent who left on bad terms but unfortunately still gets notifications.

    I agree. This should be something that happens automatically when a user becomes a Past Parent.

    I can't believe this isn't something that's already automatic. Why would a past parent want to receive a notification for something that no longer applies to them? No one is going to take the time to unsubscribe when they leave the school, and manually doing it as a Platform Manager is time consuming.
