Directory Filter Show More not showing all values

I would like more than 20 items to show when clicking show more for the filters in the directory.

    It looks like we only have 20 Departments and people do not necessarily know what to search to look for other departments.

    YES!!!!  The limit of 20 does not work for so many of the filters!
