Potential Duplicate Users task

I would like the option to duplicate users to pick and choose which info to overwrite.

    I would like to be able to choose which items to keep and which to delete, not overwriting one user completely with another user's data.

    Not sure why this says "already exists" as we only have the option to pick a few things.  Also, it says an application done by the second account will be brought over to the first, but it is not and it is deleted when the second account is deleted.
