Notification for changes to Privacy Settings

I would like to request that when a constituent changes their privacy settings that I receive notifications regarding the change. Currently, we use Evertrue for these situations, but they are no longer integrating with WhippleHill. I would also like to receive notifications when constituents unsubscribe from particular list distribution groups.

    It would be even better if they couldn't opt out at all, especially students. Inevitably, I just have to undo what they've done, and then talk to the student so they don't do it in the future.
