Year View for Calendar

Right now, if I want to skip from September 2015 to June 2016, I have to page through every month to get there. It would be great if there was a 'Year' tab or a drop down for users to click on the month and year they want to jump to. Thanks!

    This could also be accomplished by Aaron Baker suggestion to bring back Custom Date Range option that was removed in the new calendar.
