I’d love to see improvements to the calendar navigation so it’s easier and faster to move between months and years. The current method requires a lot of clicking, which slows down workflows, especially when jumping far into the past or future.

This type of streamlined calendar traversal (for example, dropdown month/year selectors or rapid-skip controls) is widely available in many other applications, so adding it here would bring the interface more in line with common user expectations and modern usability standards.

This could also be accomplished by Aaron Baker suggestion to bring back Custom Date Range option that was removed in the new calendar.
