Currently, if I search a name like Miller or Smith, I get something like 19 pages returned. If I don't know the user's role but I know that their name is Richard Miller, I have to page through 15 pages of Millers before I get to poor Richard. It would be nice if I could jump right to p. 15 from page 1.
