Adding Cell Phone Carrier to Text Notification Options

We would like for the cell phone carrier, Charity Mobile, to be added as a supported cell phone carrier for text notifications.

    Please Add Videotron for Canada please, its growing really quickly in popularity, and parents have been asking for it.
