School Forms: Use checkboxes to remove recipients and allow deletion of students

1.   Add a way (checkboxes??) to delete multiple recipients at one time.  Currently it is currently very tedious and time-consuming to remove recipients - each time one is deleted, you return to the top of the list again. 

2. Add way to delete a student from the "Regarding"  list.   Currently, we can only delete from the recipient list and as noted above that is clunky at best.

    We also have students who start the year then move. When they are un-enrolled they and their parents still receive email notifications for school forms and we have to manually remove them. It would be great if they were automatically removed if their status changes from Student.
