Alphabetize the Manage Roles for easier search and access Merged

We lose precious seconds searching for a role to add members to. It would be easier if the role titles were in alphabetical order.

    Seems like this request should take but a few minutes to accomplish.  This is a minor nuisance but since it should be easy to fix why not go ahead and do it?
