Password reset link timeout

I would like request that the time for the password reset link expiry be extended to 24hrs (instead of the current 2 hours).

    Good news, as we transition all users to authenticate with Blackbaud ID, we will benefit from the Reset password built into BBID.  Here is the screenshot they get when the reset link from their email is no longer valid


    Keep an eye on the 2018 roadmap.  We are about to start the EAP for Staff at School (Feb 2018) to authenticate via BBID.  By the second half of the year this capability should be available (via EAP first) for parents, alums and prospects.  For more information read here -

    I would also like for this to provide an error such as "Link has expired please re reset password" as currently it just displays a white screen.
