Add ability to Display and Group | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Add ability to Display and Group By both Grade Level & Grad Year in Directory filters

We would like this because sometimes the school may be referencing one or the other, and would like the ability to filter by either at any time, without adjusting settings.
