Removing the Salutations field in the directory

I would like to have the option to hide the Salutations from appearing in the directory for parents.

    We use the Formal and Informal salutations for mailings, but don't want it to display for everyone.  Adding the option in the Profile Publish Access to hide those fields would be great!

    I would like to hide the Salutations on the Students contact card. Because the Address is shared, the Parents Salutation displays on the Students Contact Card, which is not correct.
