Remove Faculty Persona from Past Faculty

When we make an employee a past employee, we would like the faculty persona removed from their view. With the current 'Once an employee, always an employee' attitude creates a potential security hole. Given that I cannot simply turn this employee back into an alumni, I may have to disable/delete his account and create a new account which is a pain.

    Hey, there!

    Thanks so much for following up! Yes, I do think it is still important to
    have that information on the access tab. It is a wonderful reference to see
    their involvement in the school...you know just by looking at the access
    tab their entire history with the school.

    I hope you can make this happen - it really is so helpful.

    Hi Meghan, good catch. I see the User List Persona column also shows the old value. From the Access tab if you click Role Membership, and also View History, you can see the user's former roles. Do you think that is important enough to bring out to the Access tab?

    HI, Janet

    That's great news however, the persona "Past Teacher/Past Coach/etc" is not
    listed on the access tab in core. Now it only lists "Parent" with no
    reference that this person was at one time employed by the school.

    Can we still have their previous persona listed there? Just like "Past
    Parent"

    Yes remove this faculty persona! Especially if it is a former faculty that is still a current parent.

    Having the Faculty persona still show up makes it look like someone hasn't done their job as far as totally separating an employees account in ON.

    I agree with that!  We are facing this problem now with a parent who is a past employee.  They have access that they shouldn't

    Also, if ex-faculty is a current parent, it isn't appropriate for the parent to have the faculty persona still.
