Thank you Janet. Here is the explanation for the request to have Calendar Exported for a 12 month period:
We need the export (not the RSS) because when you pull in an RSS feed into Google you are not marked as "Busy". However, if you export the calendar data, it imports to your master Google calendar (rather than being placed under "other calendars") and it does mark you as "Busy".
We want to export the schedule only because once it's inputted into our portal over the summer, it does not change. Also, being marked as "Busy" allows teachers to use the "find a time" feature, so they can schedule a meeting with another teacher without having to email each other back and forth. In other words, this configuration is a productivity and time saver, not to mention that it keeps our inboxes a little cleaner.
Using the feed option from the Faculty > Calendar should build a feed with 2 months back and 12 months forward. The 2 month restriction occurs on the feed from My Day or the Assignment Calendar.

Hi Liz,
Using the feed option from the Faculty > Calendar should build a feed with 2 months back and 12 months forward. The 2 month restriction occurs on the feed from My Day or the Assignment Calendar.
