Currently a user can add a term name such as First then add in dates that are associated with a Second Semester. By accident this happened to you and it wasn't noticed until after the course request process was completed and created quite a mess. It would be good if the system when you created a new term and click Save gives you a confirmation message such as First Semester 1/25/16 - 6/30/16 so a user can review before saving.
