When a new employee is hired they get an employment record where faculty is checked off.  When those employees are then added as an advisor to an advisory (advisor role), they are not allowed to see anything on their advisory page.... because they aren't an advisor (personnel type.)  Too many advisor check boxes to figure out what's wrong. Please fix this.  It seems a stored procedure could handle this easily.
