Editable files attached to student users ie learning Profiles

I would like to be able to create a standard form template that could be customized and uploaded for every student, much the same way that the Learning Profiles are added. This would be useful for graduation requirements, the 4-year plan, etc.

    For example if a Student takes a Chemistry Course that is required in order to graduate I would like for this to track automatically in the system. This would allow Parents, Students, and Faculty to see this information on the fly.
