School Forms: Respect HTML formatting when printing

Text elements on School Forms accept HTML markup, which displays correctly on the live form. However, once the form has been submitted the printed version is unformatted and displays the HTML tags. Curiously, this does not happen when printing Contract forms that contain Text elements with HTML markup. It would be helpful if School Forms could work the same way.

    Seems like this should be pretty simple to fix, especially since the functionality is already there for contract forms.
