Show list of employees based on the checkbox for school level, not the level of the department they belong to

Currently the Basic List Topic called Current Employee Levels, Grades, Departments, only display employees based on the School Level the department is in, not the School Levels that the employee has been marked a part of.

I'd like this list to show the employees based on the checkbox they have per School Level, not the level of the department they belong to.

    Or at least update the existing field to say "Department School Level" rather than just "School Level." Since all of the other fields available are for the employee, one would easily mistakenly think that "School Level" is also for the employee.
