Ability to change a list's owner

To be able to transfer the owner of a list from one person to another and keep all of the security (shared roles and users) on that list something similar to how you can change the ownership of a Google document.

    Yes, this would be a great feature. My predessor created almost 200 distribution lists so I'm having to either make copies or recreate them in order to make edits. With so much turnover in schools it would be helpful to transfer owenership of these lists.
