Adding a filer for Not Returning

We would like to see a way to filter the Contract SKY list so that it will show only Returning or Not returning Students. Right now you can only sort the list.

Related ideas
This is a necessity. We have families that enroll and then withdraw their re-enrollment. Pulling a list of all processed/submitted contracts shows a higher number than are actually enrolled. We need to be able to remove the Not Returning from lists. Thank you!
