Late changes in processed agreements due to changes in tuition charging programs...ESL, Academic Support...or changes in financial aid are regular throughout the summer, and schools need the ability to delete or edit existing enrollment agreements, in order to establish updated contractual relationships with families.
Additionally, with the Smart Tuition integration more contracts than usual are getting stuck due to bugs in the system...split payments with multiple payment plans, different parents selecting different options on the same agreement are all causing the agreements to get stuck in onBoard. If we can delete the stuck contract, and then walk a family through the steps, we can process them correctly.
Needless to say, these are mission critical tasks. Enrolling families cleanly and in a timely manner is essential for schools during these critical periods when you need accurate data regarding numbers of students enrolled. Having a list of broken conrtacts makes knowing your current enrollment status messy.
Hi Everyone, you have probably realized, but you do now have the ability to delete a Smart contract.
If we had a way to break the link with Smart Tuition so that we could delete the old contract and generate a new one ourselves - that would be helpful. I realize I would then need to make changes in Smart Tuition to reflect the updated information - but let me manage the contract process - instead of managing it for me.
