We are able to collect information regarding the payment schedule, but we also need to collect information regarding the family's preferred payment method (i.e. payment booklet vs. EFT.) Having a block in the contract that allows us to create custom form fields would be helpful as our Admission team is collecting contract information to be processed by the Student Billing office. This block could function like the Form Field options available in School Forms.
We would really like this. We have a couple of discounts we offer. I would like them to be able to have a checklist that they can mark if one of the discounts apply to them.
Using the 'Optional Fees' section for $0 fees to ask questions somewhat works for this, but it would be much neater, and much appreciated, if we could use the 'Form Field' element to ask proper questions/ get reporting on the answers. (Bussing, Before Care, After Care [amounts to be determined later/off contract])
We have two "opt-out" clauses in our contract, currently no way for us to have these in the Contract like we could in a School Form. Ability to add form fields (dropdowns, checkboxes, etc) would be very helpful!
