Our school has an early childhood center, ages 6 months - 4 years old. And, we have a prek-12th grade school. All students from both schools have records in Core. Families must apply for the Early Learning Center and again when entering Prek. We have trouble with the oldest Early childhood students who are applying to the "big" school, who are also current students. We end up making double records for these students. This is not only confusing for the parents, but also for data managers. It would be great to have multiple levels of enrollment options.
