I am trying to edit an application and add some questions. It would be nice if there was a way to change the "Text" response method to a check box with "yes" or "no" options or a drop down menu with "yes" or no" options. If we could change the response method to one of those options instead of text, I'd like to be able to run reports based on those answers. For example, if we could ask the question "Do you have any other younger children?" they could select "yes" or "no," and then we could run reports to see which applicants have siblings and which do not.
