The "add another" link for the | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

The "add another" link for the Household and Sibling Block keep the parent in the correct spot and not send them to the top of the form when clicked.

This caused the parent to be confused of where they are and then they have to scroll and find the spot to add the 2nd parent/guardian or sibling. Within the household block the same thing happens when the "address same as applicant" button is pressed.
