Checklist Dropdown Visibility

I would like to suggest that if you change something on the checklist dropdown, it changes to a different color so it makes it much easier to see what is awaiting, started, waived or completed.

    Yes, is very difficult to see visually what mode a particular step is in.  It would be SO helpful for a color change to occur when a step is completed. This is very hard on the eyes considering the amount of time spent viewing these steps when processing documents and bouncing back and fourth between candidate records.
