Discount Code Option for Application

Be able to add a discount code for student of certain specifications when filling out the application. This would work much like a waiver fee, but be a discount instead of a full wave.

    I agree with this, and would refer to them as 'Coupon Codes' for a partial discount, rather than a 'Waiver' code, which waives the entire fee.
