Contracts should be able to be hidden for financial aid confidentiality

We can restrict who has access to the financial aid tab information, however we cannot restrict who can see enrollment contracts.  Enrollment contracts print out the student's financial aid award.  These award are confidential information.  We need to be able to restrict who can view enrollment contracts to maintain this confidentiality.

    Hi All, there's now a role task for contract access that's been added to admissions manager, and admissions staff, that can be turned off.
