Once an application, recommendation, or other step requiring a form has been completed, an icon stating 'completed' is shown. Without an accompanying noun, this does not make it clear that a form has been completed in addition to the step (which is indicated by the blue check mark at left).

Clearer labeling would help our parents understand that not every step will have a 'completed' icon once they have been finished.
