Under Settings->Candidate Profile - Have a category of uploaded forms

We have several types of uploaded forms that we collect from our candidates and there is no logical place to put them.  We currently put them under Interview Type:

Bank Statement
Emergency Medical Form
Immunization Form
Medical History & Immunization Form
On Campus
Passport
Physical Form
Skype
Paper Application

Having a separate category of Uploaded Forms would allow us to clean this up.

    This year they added an option to upload forms with in the Medical & Permissions To Treat form; however, I just heard back from Support and there is no way to see what forms have been uploaded. You have to literally follow these steps for every single student in your school to see what they uploaded like immunizations, physicals, etc...

    1. Faculty > Nurse's Office >

    2. Find Me Now > Locate Your Student > Go to Medical > Forms

    3. Drop-Down Arrow On The Selected School Form > Attachment:
