Time Consuming Inquiries

We just switched from Podium Inquiries to Onboard Inquiries.  When I have multiple inquiries in the que, I can no longer print them all at one time, so I have to print them one by one. If that’s not bad enough then I get a message after trying to print each inquiry, “Please wait while the report is being generated. Please do not close this window.” Then it does not take me directly into the record to enter Salutations like it did in Podium. Instead of having a nice concise printed inquiry on a half page, it is now spread out onto two pages with many parts of it unpopulated, and it now lists all interests with "true" beside the ones a candidate are interested in. The Admission Officers are getting the inquiry confused with the application, thinking that it’s missing information.

In addition, it is not visually friendly or efficient for me as a school data entry person as we acquire many inquiries from school fairs, etc.  I wished to go back to Podium, but am told that I can't do that now!  We need an expedited way to conduct data entry.  Perhaps a spreadsheet that can be uploaded.  I'm not sure of the answer, but just throwing this out there.

Are you entering the inquiry data yourself from a printed version or having the candidate's parents do it? And are you printing the completed Inquiry forms after they've been submitted? What information are you asking for on your Inquiry Form? We recently redid ours, and I'm just curious about how other people handle the process.
