Bulk reconcile application fees

We get about 700 applicants each season, so going in and reconciling each individual application fee is pretty tedious.  Would be great if we could reconcile them all at once.

    Yes, it would be helpful to be able to reconcile/handle the application fees in bulk instead of one at a time.
