Admissions Manager -having the ability to edit the onBoard Contact card without another role

Can you give the Admissions Manager Role the ability to edit the onBoard Contact Card for Candidates, Incoming students and Students without creating another role.

    It isn't a very good data security practice to give users access to edit everyone's contact information. There needs to be more compartmentalization and granularity on this kind of access.

    For me the issue is Platform Manager or a clone of that role is very powerful role (you can literally edit anybody contact cards. We need to have a more granular control on that access.

    I've been told you have to make them a Platform Manager in order for them to have editing rights.  Seems counterproductive.
