When needing to create a non-Smart version of a contract (ex: international) that was initially created as a Smart Tuition contract, currently it isn't possible to 'inactivate' the Smart integration without an 'archived' version of the contract.

The inability to copy basic forms (minus the Smart Tuition information) means that we must spend time manually recreating a copy of the form that the requested enhancement would save.
