Currently, the links provided in the email recommendation requests expire after about 2 weeks after they are sent. This is problematic when a family sends the request in October or November, and the teacher or administrator receiving the request does not complete them until December or January. The schools requesting the recommendations are then unable to resend the requests due to certain policies. It would be ideal if the link would automatically regenerate or resend if it hasn't been completed by the expiration date, or maybe the expiration date could be extended to be more in line with application timelines. Or at the very least, the mention of a link expiration could be included in the original email request.
