Currently the policy block for contracts only allows for text to be bold or underlined.  We need to be able to format that information to put in tuition payment structures and other information in a way that looks professional.  We currently can not get our numbers to line up and when we have it so it looks ok on the screen, the printed version is a mess.  This text box for logging an idea literally has more formatting options than the policy block in onBoard.
