We have fees in our contracts that are not optional but do not apply to everyone either. For example, if parents select a particular payment plan there is an administrative fee. We want to be able to change the header "Optional Fees" to something else i.e. "Payment Plan Administrative Fee." Please remove this hard-coded header and allow us to change the header.
