Currently, in Event Registration, if a parent signs someone else up besides themselves (e.g. grandparent, family friend, etc.) to attend an event, the registration cannot be processed without giving that new person the role of parent.  As such, the only recourse is to select "Do Not Create New User Account" so as not to erroneously update that person's record, but in so doing, the registration for that person is lost and must be tracked manually/outside the system.  Please find a way to allow the system to maintain the registries of non-parents within in the system.
