For divorced parents - they apply for financial aid individually. Right now there is only one place to put one financial aid amount. Financial aid is confidential. Onboard/Smart expects parents to combine their financial aid awards and split it 50/50? It doesn't make any sense. If one parent receives aid and the other one doesn't, we can't have ex-spouses knowing how much the other person is awarded, let alone splitting the amount between then! How do other schools navigate this?
