Add Smart Tuition fields from student record in OnBoard to contract list columns

Within onBoard, under Lists then contracts - additional columns should be added so schools can easily run reports and reconcile onBoard with Smart Tuition. These fields are already displaying in the students record, they are just not reportable:
- Smart Family ID
- Plan Chosen
- Admin Fee
- Smart Tuition Enrollment Date
- Due Date
