Add Option not to process event registrations

At times, existing users may appear in the Event Registration window in the Dashboard. Because they already exist, a duplicate user is created. It would be great if users could choose not to process the form or to be able to select an existing user to update rather than create a new user.

    If you go into the event registration and handle it from there, it won't create a duplicate. It's not entirely helpful because the dashboard is handy but you'd have to go to the back end until they prevent the registration from creating a record.
