A way to notifiy accepted candidates about results of subjet placement tests, either in a merged (individualized Official Note) or posted in the record that can be seen when incoming student logs in.

We would like to notify parents (and incoming students) about their results on math and world language placement tests via an official note or finding a place in the information they see from their side with they log in.  If it is sent in an Official Note, we need to have several placeholders for the note: 1) Name   2) Test taken   3) overall score  4) placement for next school year in that subject

We are willing to individually enter the info in their records (although there are 100+ so it will be tedious) but there is not a place holder for the class placement --- test and overall score, yes, they are placeholder that are used.

Or maybe, at the very least, some place to post it in the student record so it's visible when they log in.  Right now since they have moved from candidates to incoming students,  they don't see anything!  The checklist is gone and they don't have classes yet.

    I want to avoid having to send through the mail. If I can upload to the portal and parents can log in to view that is much more efficient.
