Inquiry Notification Emails - Add Hyperlink and Other Formatting Capabilities

Please add the ability to customize the notification emails that are automatically sent to families and staff after an onBoard Inquiry Form is submitted. We need to be able to include hyperlinks, change fonts, etc. We're baffled that these types of standard customization tools are missing from so many places in the ON products and are especially concerned with this particular items as this is one of our first contact points with potential new families.

Side note - I'm laughing a little because even this box I'm typing in right now has the icons for hyperlinks, bullet points, etc.  :-)

    Hi Veronica,

    Correct, the notifications that are only located under communication>notifications are currently being updated to include those expanded options- I don't have a release date on those yet. Email reminder notification options for contracts, applications and school forms have both been updated with the expanded formatting abilities if you access them via the form settings (contracts>settings)

    Sarah,

    None of these features are available under Enrollment Management>Communication>Notifications>Re-enrollment category>Online Contract Processed. Neither are they available under Email reminder notifications for contracts. It seems like these features are available only for Inquiry notifications? They should be available for all Notifications across the platform.

    Hi Veronica, we've recently added many the items you're listing to the inquiry notifications (admissions set up>inquiry forms>settings). Is there something we missed?

    The ability to add hyperlinks and use different format tool such as bold, Italics, font selection should be available for all notifications.
