Add merge fields to contracts (and school forms.)

It would make contracts and forms far more personal to be able to say "Dear Christine" or "...invite Tandy to register for Grade 8 in the 2019-2020 school year..."

    To have the ability to merge the deposit amount for FA students into a text box when specifying the legalese would be useful.
